It goes without saying that Wales are leading the way when it comes to making themselves ‘Fit for the Future’. Here in the Midlands we are striving to keep pace (and learning from their successes as well as their mistakes!)
We’ve done (quite) a bit; 4 mansions on renewables (3 x biomass, 1 x water source heat pump) and another mansion biomass on the way. But there is still much to do! So we were ecstatic when we finally got the go ahead to recruit a fixed term post (12 months) to enable the roll out of an EMS in our region.
So if you are up for the challenge and fancy being on the ‘inside’ writing the blogs rather than on the outside reading them, here’s your chance!
As our Environmental Management Systems Advisor you’ll work as part of our Consultancy team, using your expert environmental knowledge to help us shape and roll-out the Environmental Management System (EMS).
You’ll be a brilliant, personable communicator, a self-motivated problem solver with an appreciation for heritage environments; you’ll use your passion, expertise and determination to show everyone how important our Environmental Management System is to the National Trust in the Midlands (base to suit you at either of the three Consultancy Hubs: Attingham Park, Shrewsbury; Alcester, Warwickshire or Hardwick Hall, Derbyshire)
The closing date is the 10th June, so don’t delay!
